British and Irish Lions Tour of New Zealand 2005 Fixtures

The fixtures list of the British and Irish Lions tour of New Zealand has been released.

The Lions side will be coached by Sir Clive Woodward.

The Lions will play ten matches in total, made up of three test matches against the All Blacks, one match against the New Zealand Maori team and six matches against NPC teams. The kick off times for the tour games haven’t been set yet, but will likely be at night time.

Update: A further match against the Auckland NPC side has been added on the 5 July. Which brings the total number of matches to eleven.

11 June 2005 - NZ Maori Waikato Stadium, Hamilton

15 June 2005 - Wellington Westpac Stadium, Wellington

18 June 2005 - Otago Carisbrook, Dunedin

21 June 2005 - Southland Rugby Park Stadium, Invercargill

25 June 2005 - All Blacks Jade Stadium, Christchurch

28 June 2005 - Manawatu Arena Manawatu, Palmerston North

2 July 2005 - All Blacks Westpac Stadium, Wellington

5 July 2005 - Auckland Eden Park, Auckland

9 July 2005 - All Blacks Eden Park, Auckland
