The Brumbies have defeated the Sharks 22-19 at Bruce Stadium in Canberra.At half time the Brumbies were ahead 19-7.

Barry broke through the line and chipped ahead only three metres out from try line. Jeremy Paul grounded the ball in goal. Despite protests from the Brumbies, the referee immediately awarded try instead of sending it to the video referee to judge. Replays confirmed that Paul appeared to ground the ball first.

The Stormers comeback continued with second try to de Villiers. Yet the Brumbies were able to hold out against some determined attacking from the Stormers to record their third win this season.
