Hi, just want to know why Jonathan Kaplan is still a referee, the guy is obviously blind and bious. He is the most inconsistant referee we have ever seen! Turns a blind eye when it suits him. He should not be allowed on a rugby field. Just want to know, when will rugby referees be forced to take responsibility for their incompatance?
