John Afoa and Marty Holah fly in for the All Blacks

John Afoa and Marty Holah are on there way to South Africa following injuries sustained to four players during the last test match.

Of the four players injured tighthead prop Greg Somerville was the most seriously and will be out for at least six months after snapping his right Achilles tendon when he lost traction in a scrum.

Blindside flanker Reuben Thorne broke his thumb and will be out for about six weeks, Leon MacDonald damaged his hip and needs three weeks rest, while Chris Masoe tore ankle ligaments. The four players will return to New Zealand.

Lock Ali Williams was cleared by the Sanzar judicial hearing and is available for selection for test match this coming weekend.
