Brian O’Driscoll to lead North in Tsunami benefit

Sir Clive Woodward has announced his northern hemisphere squad to play the southern hemisphere side in the tsunami rugby aid match at Twickenham on March 5.

As widely predicted Irish centre Brian O’Driscoll will lead the side made up from players from the six nations. Only the squad has been announced, while the starting line-up will be announced next week.

Kaino out for tsunami match

Jerome Kaino has been forced to withdraw from the March 5, IRB Tsunami Relief match. Kaino has not recovered from an injury he received on the 31 January and will miss the first round of the Super 12 for the Blues as well as the Tsunami match.

A replacement for Kaino has yet to be named.
